HALE CENTER, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds (3-1) return to action on Friday night after receiving their first loss on the road last week in a tough battle against the Leopards of New Home.
Whirlwinds are again on the road to face former district foe Hale Center (1-3), who lost to Ropes 29-12 last week.
Last year Floydada beat the Owls in a come-from-behind 35-34 victory to secure a post-season berth.
