LOCKNEY, TX – A long-standing tradition among the churches of Lockney is taking time each year to celebrate and honor the senior class at Lockney High School. Each congregation selects a night to recognize the students and encourage them as they prepare to take their next steps after graduation.
First Baptist Church of Lockney continued that meaningful tradition Thursday night by hosting a Senior Supper in honor of the Lockney High School Class of 2026. Seniors were welcomed into the church and treated to a meal and dessert as members of the congregation gathered to show their support and appreciation.
The evening served as more than just a celebration. Along with fellowship and food, students were encouraged to move forward with confidence, making wise choices and building their lives on a firm foundation as they enter the next season of adulthood.
The Senior Supper was a reminder of the strong community support that surrounds Lockney students and the continued commitment of local churches to invest in the next generation.
