Ruth May Kimball, age 93, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021 in Lubbock. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Lockney. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Lockney.
Ruth was born October 30, 1927 in Plainview to Louis Vincent and Lucy Bell (Sample) Martin. She worked for many years as a clerk in the U.S. Postal Service. Ruth was a long-time member of the Lockney Church of Christ.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Kimball; 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Susan Patridge (Greg); her grandchildren, Lance Patridge and Chelsea Webb; ten great-grandchildren; and one sister, Genevieve Willis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth’s memory to Lockney Senior Citizens or the American Legion.
