Elias Garza, age 63, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. A graveside service will take place at 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Floydada Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday, July 26, 2021 in the Moore-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Floydada. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Elias was born April 22, 1958 in Rio Grande City, Texas to Emilio and Gloria V. (Guerra) Garza. He was a very hard worker and proud of the work he did. Elias did everything he could to support his family. He loved to spend time with his grandkids. Elias was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He leads me in the paths of righteousness

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Ernesto Garza; and one sister, Edna Garza.
Elias is survived by his wife, Delia Garza; his daughters, Esmeralda and husband Kris Huizar, and Crystal and husband Juan Vasquez; his son, Elias and wife Cham Garza; his grandchildren, Nichole, Renae, Isabel, Gage, Janunito, Sabastian, Ellie, Marcus, Elias, R.J., Jay and Maddox; four brothers, Havier Garza, Eloy Garza, Erasmo Garza, Edmundo Garza, and one sister, Elsa Martinez.
