KRESS — The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting a field day Wednesday. The field day will look at three different cotton trial sites in Swisher, Hale and Floyd counties.
The event will start at 8:30 a.m. in Kress at Jeff’s Restaurant and participants will head out from there to the Swisher trial site, followed by the Hale and Floyd sites.
Presenters will include Hale/Swisher IPM agent Blayne Reed, agronomist Dr. Jourdan Bell, cotton entomologist Dr. Suhas Vyavhare, Cameron Oliver, a field research biologist with Corteva/Phytogen, FMC representative Sam Rustom, and Fibermax representative Tim Culpepper.
