FLOYDADA – It takes more money than most would realize to run Floydada’s animal shelter, and it takes even more to ship the animals to loving homes across the country.
That’s why the shelter is putting out the call for donations as they look into purchasing a van to transport the animals. After going up Monday morning, the shelter had raised more than half of their $5,000 goal by 3:00 p.m. Monday afternoon.
