FLOYD COUNTY, TX – Partly cloudy skies and 95 degrees greeted residents from Floyd County choosing to celebrate Independence Day Monday.
A good crowd appeared in downtown Floydada for free pancakes courtesy of the Serrato Sisters, and many returned at 2:30 pm for the parade to the Courthouse.
In Lockney, residents turned out for the annual Bike Parade.
