Juan De Ochoa (Floydada)
Juan De Ochoa, age 56, of Floydada, passed away, on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2022, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, with Father Joseph Kurumbel officiating. Interment will follow at the Floydada Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Moore-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Floydada. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home of Floydada.
Juan was born June 28, 1966, in Mexico to Rafael De Ochoa Navarro and Magdalena Garcia. He met and married the love of his life, Maria Maldonado. Juan worked for Hinsley Farms for 43 years, and he loved his job of being a farmer. He also enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his family. Juan’s granddaughters were the light of his eye and one of his greatest loves.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one sister, Irma Leticia De Ochoa Garcia.
Those left to cherish Juan’s memory are his wife, Maria De Ochoa; his son, Juan Jesus De Ochoa, and his daughter, Linda Aguilar; his beloved granddaughters, Leslie Lizeth, and Lucero Magdalena; his siblings, Rafael De Ochoa Garcia, Maria De Ochoa Garcia, Maria del Carmen De Ochoa Garcia, Maria Guadalupe De Ochoa Garcia, Paula Cruz De Ochoa Garcia, Luis Enrique De Ochoa Garcia, Silvia Santos De Ochoa Garcia, and Magdalena De Ochoa Garcia.
