FLOYDADA, TX – Hale Center took two of three football games from Floydada on Thursday night.
The Whirlwind JV team won 20-14, while the Junior High Breezer teams struggled.
The 8th-grade team fell to the Owls 20-0, while the 7th-grade squad fell 44-0.
Varsity football kicks off tonight in Hale Center as the Owls host the Whirlwinds in both teams’ final non-district game of the season.
