ROOSEVELT, TX- The Lockney Longhorns faced off against the Roosevelt Eagles on Tuesday night in non-district action.
The Longhorns and Eagles battled closely, but the difference in this game would come in the second quarter, where the Longhorns were held to only 8 points.
At the end of the first half, the Eagles led 27-23.
Roosevelt was able to maintain their lead in the second half and would go on to win the game 60-55.
Juniors O’Brian Diaz and Nathan Hernandez both went for 15 points and 2 rebounds.
Senior Johnathan Cienfuegos also contributed 15 points and 7 rebounds.
