LOCKNEY, TX – Healthcare workers need healthcare, and those employed by W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital will see a change in 2023.
According to CEO Vince DeFranco, the new health benefit plan for employees has three tiers with lower co-pays and out-of-pocket costs if the employee uses W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital and providers within Cogdell Clinic in Lockney or Silverton.
The new plans go into effect on January 1, 2023, with Lubbock’s 90 Degree Benefits as the 3rd party administrator for the plan, and CapStar will be the network provider.
The announcement was made recently at the Lockney General Hospital District Board of Directors Meeting (November 30th). The Board will not meet this month, instead opting to meet on January 4, 2023, at noon.
