RALLS, TX – The Floydada Lady Winds were on the road this week as they traveled to play the Ralls Lady Rabbits in a district matchup.
Floydada began the game with a 15-11 lead after the first quarter.
The Lady Winds’ defense held the Lady Rabbits to 4 points in the second quarter to take a 34-15 lead going into halftime.
Floydada would go on to limit the Ralls’ offense to 16 points in the second half and claim their sixth district win in a row over the Lady Rabbits, 71-31.
The Lady Winds were led in scoring by Sierra Snowden who had 14 points and 4 rebounds.
Soriah Wickware also contributed to the win on Tuesday with a double double (10 points and 12 rebounds).
The Lady Winds move to 17-3 overall and 6-0 in district.
