LOCKNEY, TX – The Lockney Lady Horns played host to the Floydada Lady Winds in a district matchup on Friday.
Floydada’s offense would get started early in the game as they would end the first quarter up 20-6.
The Lady Horns were shut down in the second quarter, and would trail 41-6 going into halftime.
The Lady Winds were able to secure the victory in the second half 77-12.
Floydada was led in scoring by senior Sierra Snowden with 18 points and 7 rebounds.
Also contributing to the win on Friday was freshman Madison Pyle with 11 points and senior Analise Perez with 13 points.
The Lady Winds are now 11-0 in district play, while Lockney falls to 1-10.
