FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Lady Winds were in their final home game of the season as they hosted the Ralls Lady Rabbits in a district game.
The Lady Winds’ offense was able to get going early in the first half as they outscored the Lady Rabbits 51-10.
Ralls tried to fight back in the second half, but Floydada was able to close the game out and secure the 76-28 victory.
Lady Winds’ senior Sierra Snowden celebrated her 1,000th career point on Friday with 10 points total in the game.
Floydada’s Katelynn Ramirez led the team in scoring with 18 points in the win.
The Lady Winds remain unbeaten in the district at 13-0 and will travel to Olton on Tuesday.
