Indictments Handed Down by Floyd County Grand Jury

FLOYDADA, TX – In April, a Grand Jury in the 110th District Court returned indictments for the following suspects on felony charges in Floyd County. All individuals named below are considered not guilty unless deemed otherwise in a court of law.

Johnny Joe Caballero (24 years old) – Failure to Register on 10/14/2023 ($5,000 bond)
Jordan Lee Cuevas (19 years old) – Abandonment/Endangering a Child on 12/18/2023 ($10,000 bond)
Maria Hilda Diaz (43 years old) – Abandonment/Endangering a Child on 12/18/2023 ($10,000 bond)
Raul Mendoza (37 years old) – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle on 7/9/2022 ($10,000 bond)
Raul Mendoza (37 years old) – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle on 12/7/2022 ($10,000 bond)
Raul Mendoza (37 years old) – Theft of more than $2,500 but less than $30,000 on 12/7/2022 ($30,000 bond)
Roger Perez (47 years old) – Failure to Register on 10/14/2023 ($5,000 bond)
Johnny Adam Ralph (37 years old) – Criminal Mischief more than $2,500 but less than $30,000 on 3/16/2024 ($20,000 bond)
Michael Angelo Ramos (34 years old) – Theft less than $2,500 (with two prior convictions) on 7/21/2023 ($2,000 bond)
Michael Angelo Ramos (34 years old) – Evading Arrest on 8/29/2023 ($2,000 bond)
Michael Angelo Ramos (34 years old) – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon on 3/14/2024 ($75,000 bond)
Michael Angelo Ramos (34 years old) – Arson on 3/17/2024 ($20,000 bond)
