Local Authorities Investigating Homicide in Death of 8-Month-Old
LOCKNEY, TX – Floyd County authorities are investigating a Sunday night homicide involving an 8-month-old female from Floydada. A sheriff’s report states that the child was taken by private vehicle to the W.J. Mangold Memorial emergency room,
