LOCKNEY, TX – Lockney Elementary School’s fifth-grade students are busy gearing up for their annual Economics Fair, set to take place on Monday, May 12, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the school campus.
A long-standing tradition in the Lockney community, the fair gives students the opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial skills by budgeting, marketing, and selling their own products. Attendees can expect a variety of creative items and tasty treats, all crafted and managed by the students themselves.
The event aims to be both educational and enjoyable, inviting community members to support young learners while enjoying a fun and interactive afternoon.
