LOCKNEY, TX – As the school year came to a close, both the Lockney Longhorn Baseball and Ladyhorns Softball teams had more than just the end of their seasons to celebrate—they were anxiously awaiting the announcement of district honors. After seasons filled with determination, teamwork, and resilience, both teams earned a host of accolades recognizing not just athletic performance, but academic achievement as well.
Longhorns Baseball Honors
The Longhorns also turned heads this season, with standout performances leading to well-deserved district recognition:

Aatrayu Leal – First Team All-District Infield
Bo Alvis – First Team All-District Utility Player
