Lockney ISD Board of Trustees Holds Regular June Meeting

LOCKNEY, TX – The Lockney Independent School District Board of Trustees convened for its regular board meeting on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The session was conducted in accordance with Government Code 551 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, with full accessibility provided for all attendees.

The meeting began with the establishment of a quorum and a call to order, followed by an invocation. During the public forum portion, community members were given the opportunity to address the board.

One of the key items on the agenda was the reorganization of the board, signaling potential changes in leadership roles within the trustees. The board also reviewed and approved the minutes from the previous meeting and authorized the payment of outstanding bills.
