FLOYDADA, TX – Tuesday’s meeting of the Floydada City Council was postponed due to the lack of a quorum.
Items on the agenda, to be considered, included the discussion and possible action on the following:
1. Hot funds for Floydada Youth Iron-Man Football League.
2. Resolution recognizing the services and contributions of South Plains Community Action Association, Inc.
3. Repeal Ordinance No. 805, Section 1, Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-64, No parking on the south side of Crockett Street between First Street and Texas Avenue.
4. Review cash balances and investments, and approve payment of the June 2025 transfers, fixed expenses, and city bills.
No date has been announced for members to reconvene.
