FLOYDADA, TX – Floydada ISD is inviting families and the community to take part in its district-wide Open House on Tuesday, September 30th. The event will give parents the opportunity to visit with teachers, learn about student programs, and connect with local organizations.
Duncan Elementary will host its Open House from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., where families can tour classrooms and enjoy cookies and lemonade.
The Floydada High School Open House will follow from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Report cards will be distributed, and the library will feature informational tables highlighting Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes, as well as representatives from South Plains College, Texas Tech University, Wayland Baptist University, the Crisis Center, Balfour, the Athletic Boosters, and 4-H. Guests can also enjoy cookies and water during the event.
Floydada ISD encourages all parents, guardians, and community members to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to support students and learn more about the programs available.
