Lockney Longhorn Band Logo
LUBBOCK, TX – Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Plains Capital Lowrey Field in Lubbock. Friends, family, and fans are encouraged to come out and support the talented student musicians as they showcase their hard work and dedication.
The band’s day will begin early, with students loading buses and preparing uniforms before departing Lockney at 9:30 a.m. Upon arrival in Lubbock, the group will get ready for warm-up and tuning before taking the field for their official UIL Region performance at 1:35 p.m. After their performance, the band will enjoy a well-earned lunch before heading home later that afternoon.
Spectator admission will be $5 at the gate, with discounted online tickets available. Community members are encouraged to attend and cheer on the Longhorn Band as they represent Lockney with pride and passion.
The Lockney community looks forward to seeing their band “turn it up” on the regional stage once again.
