LOCKNEY, TX – The Lockney City Council has appointed KayCee Thiebaud as Interim City Manager, effective October 21, 2025.
Thiebaud will serve in the interim role for the next nine months, providing leadership and stability for the city during this transition period.
The appointment allows the council time to evaluate her performance while determining the best direction for the city’s long-term management.
