LOCKNEY, TX – Lockney ISD teachers and staff were welcomed with a special surprise Friday morning as the Lockney Longhorn Parent Club treated the district’s educators to a full-service coffee bar.
The Brew, a popular coffee shop based in Plainview, set up on campus to serve to every staff member.
The gesture was a token of appreciation for the hard work and dedication shown by Lockney ISD employees throughout the school year.
Parent Club members said they wanted to brighten the staff’s morning and show gratitude during a busy holiday season.
Teachers and faculty lined up to enjoy custom-made drinks and a moment of fellowship before starting their day.
The district expressed appreciation for both The Brew and the Longhorn Parent Club for supporting Lockney ISD’s educators in such a thoughtful way.
