Floyd County Stock Show Rabbit Show Results Announced

FLOYD COUNTY , TX – The Floyd County Stock Show Rabbit Show took place on December 30, 2025. Youth exhibitors from across Floyd County competed in a full slate of fancy and commercial rabbit classes, showcasing months of hard work, dedication, and animal care.

The show opened with the Fancy divisions, beginning with Dutch Fancy, where Lillian Luna earned first place in the Senior Buck class and went on to receive Champion Dutch Fancy and Best of Opposite Sex honors.

In Havana Fancy, Dax Guerrero dominated the Senior Doe and Senior Buck classes, earning multiple first-place finishes. Additional placings were awarded to Rylee Austin, Saige Austin, and Luella Lambert. Guerrero was named Champion Havana Fancy and Best of Opposite Sex.

The Holland Lop Fancy division saw Alayna Rendon take first place in the Senior Doe class and earn Champion honors, while Paloma Alvarado claimed first place in the Senior Buck class and Best of Opposite Sex. Other placings went to Rebecca Lambert, Mario Villagomez, and Marisol Villagomez.

In Mini Lop Fancy, Makayla Lambert placed first in the Senior Doe class, while Samantha Nelson earned first place in the Senior Buck class and Champion honors. Additional placements were awarded to Lillian Luna and Saige Austin. Lambert was named Best of Opposite Sex.

The Mini Rex Fancy division featured Jaxton Rendon earning first and second place in the Senior Doe class, while Benjamin Nelson placed first in the Senior Buck class. Rendon was named Champion Mini Rex Fancy, with Nelson receiving Best of Opposite Sex.

In Mini Satin Fancy, Eli Guerrero claimed first and second place in the Senior Doe class and earned Champion honors. Rebecca Lambert placed first in the Senior Buck class and received Best of Opposite Sex.

The Netherland Dwarf Fancy division included strong competition from Alayna Rendon, Addy Perez, Nalia Ordonez, Eli Guerrero, and John Taylor Snowden. Rendon earned Champion Netherland Dwarf Fancy, while Ordonez was named Best of Opposite Sex.

In Polish Fancy, Emma Nelson and Saige Austin placed in the Senior Doe class, while Luella Lambert earned first place in the Senior Buck class and Champion honors. Nelson received Best of Opposite Sex.

The Rex Fancy division concluded with Lillian Luna earning Champion Rex Fancy.

The show then moved into the Commercial divisions. In Californian Commercial, Alayna Rendon earned Champion honors in the Junior Doe class, while Jaxton Rendon received Best of Opposite Sex in the Junior Buck class.

The Satin Commercial division featured Athena Aguilar and Aphrodite Aguilar in the Junior Doe class, with Rebecca Lambert earning first place in both the Senior Doe and Senior Buck classes. Aguilar was named Champion Satin Commercial, with Lambert receiving Best of Opposite Sex.

In Silver Fox Commercial, Saige Austin earned Champion honors in the Senior Buck class.

At the conclusion of the show, the top overall awards were presented.
Overall Champion Rabbit was awarded to Alayna Rendon with her Californian entry, while Overall Reserve Champion Rabbit went to Eli Guerrero with a Mini Satin.

Junior Showmanship was awarded to Marisol Villagomez and the Senior Showmanship was awarded to Emma Nelson.

The Floyd County Stock Show Rabbit Show highlighted the commitment and sportsmanship of local youth exhibitors, recognizing every participant for their efforts and contributions to a successful and competitive event.
