
FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Lady Winds softball team was in action on Tuesday as they battled Lubbock Roosevelt in a non-district game.
The Lady Winds got the scoring started in the bottom of the first inning, scoring one run and taking a 1-0 lead.
Floydada had an offensive burst in the bottom half of the second inning, scoring twelve runs and extending the lead 13-0.
The Lady Winds would add three more in the third and secure the victory 16-0 over the Lady Eagles.
