FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds played host to the Ralls Jackrabbits in their final home game of the season on Friday.
The Whirlwinds jumped out early in the first quarter to take a 17-4 lead.
Floydada extended their lead going into halftime 42-12.
It was continued pressure from Floydada in the second half that allowed them to secured the victory at home 74-26.
Floydada moves to 7-20 overall and 3-8 in district.
The senior class was recognized and received praise from fans for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
Senior Manny DeLaFuente was also honored for reaching a career milestone of 650 points.
