FLOYDADA, TX – Men in the Floydada community are invited to gather for an afternoon of fellowship, food, and outdoor activity as First Baptist Church Floydada hosts its upcoming “Firearms and Food” event on Sunday, March 22.
Organized by the church’s Baptist Men ministry, the event will take place at PBA and will begin at 4:00 p.m. with clay shooting, followed by a shrimp boil to wrap up the evening.
Event organizers emphasize that the gathering is designed to be welcoming and inclusive for all men in the community. While participants are encouraged to bring their own shotguns and ammunition for the shooting portion, those without firearms are still invited to attend and take part in the fellowship and meal.
The Baptist Men ministry at First Baptist Church Floydada aims to create opportunities for connection, encouragement, and community engagement among men of all ages.
Church leaders say the event is a great opportunity to enjoy a relaxed environment, build relationships, and share in a meal together.
For more information, community members are encouraged to contact the church directly.
