LOCKNEY, TX – Floyd County is 13 days away from a new and very impressive CT Scanning Machine.
On Tuesday, a crew arrived at W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital to disassemble the existing machine and begin preparations for the upgrade.
Medical staff will see over 120 layers deep when operational, compared to only a handful right now.
Not only is the machine impressive, but having it in Lockney will be a game changer for the communities, the same ones that have stepped up through donations to make the upgrade possible.
Work is expected to be completed by April 25, 2023.
