FLOYDADA, TX – Dorian Raheem Austin pled guilty last Thursday in 110th District Court to a charge of Burglary of a Habitation, With Intent to Commit Theft.
As part of the plea deal, Austin was ordered to spend four years in prison and pay a $1,000 fine for the crime committed on July 24, 2021.
New 110th District Attorney Emily Teegardin was the prosecutor in the case, one of her first since being sworn in two weeks ago.
