RALLS, TX – The Lockney Longhorns were on the road Tuesday as they traveled to Ralls to battle the Jackrabbits in a district game.
Both teams went back and forth in the first quarter; however, Ralls had a 17-14 lead at the end of the quarter.
The Jackrabbits were able to extend their lead, 30-22, by going into the locker room for halftime.
Lockney tried to fight back in the second half but fell short on Tuesday, 66-57.
The Longhorns were led in scoring by Nathan Hernandez with 27 points and 2 rebounds.
The Longhorns are now 7-13 overall and move to 3-7 in the district.
