LEVELLAND, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds were matched up against the New Home Leopards on Friday in the Regional Semifinals at the Texan Dome in Levelland.
Both teams fought back and forth throughout the game, however, New Home managed to maintain their lead for the majority of the game and secured the playoff victory 54-43 over the Whirlwinds.
Floydada finished their season as district, bi-district, and area champions with a 13-2 district record and an overall record of 28-9.
