FLOYDADA, TX – Flooding across parts of Texas has left many communities facing serious cleanup and recovery efforts.

In response, churches and relief organizations are mobilizing to assist.

Pastor Mark Snowden of First Baptist Church in Floydada says donations can be directed through the church, with all funds marked for “Texas Flood Relief” going directly to areas in need. Texans on Mission—formerly known as Texas Baptist Men—are already on-site, offering both physical and spiritual support.

Donations can be made at texansonmission.org, selecting “DR-Floods” under the giving menu.

Another option is Samaritan’s Purse, which is providing aid through its Texas Flash Flood Relief campaign.

All contributions will help communities hit hard by this recent disaster.
