LOCKNEY, TX – The City of Lockney Pool was officially closed for the summer on Saturday, July 26th, signaling the end of another successful season. As the new school year approaches, the pool’s dedicated staff are preparing to return to their academic schedules and school activities.
This summer, the Lockney Pool served as a vibrant hub for families and friends, offering a refreshing escape from the heat and a chance to create lasting memories. Whether it was swim lessons, poolside lounging, birthday parties, or spontaneous cannonball contests, the pool remained a favorite spot for community connection and summer fun.
With the close of the season, the City of Lockney extends a big thank you to all who visited and supported the pool this year. The community looks forward to diving into another exciting summer when the pool reopens next season.
