LOCKNEY, TX – Lockney Elementary School is opening its doors to families and the community on Tuesday, September 9, for its annual Open House. The event will run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and promises an evening of learning, fun, and family connection.
Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to tour the campus, visit classrooms, and see firsthand what their students have been working on since the start of the school year. From creative projects to academic achievements, the Open House will showcase the hard work and progress of Lockney’s young learners.
Students can also join in on the excitement by picking up Bingo cards to participate in a schoolwide activity. This interactive element encourages children to explore different areas of the campus while making the evening more engaging for families.
In addition to classroom visits, families will be able to shop at the book fair, giving students a chance to choose books that spark their interest and support a love of reading.
The event is designed not only to highlight student accomplishments but also to strengthen the connection between home and school. Lockney Elementary leaders encourage all families to attend, enjoy the activities, and celebrate the start of a successful school year.
