
FLOYD COUNTY, TX — Floyd County residents have the chance to help shape Texas laws and local priorities in the upcoming November 4 election. Still, they must be registered to vote by the end off business today (October 6th).
Voters across the state will decide on 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution, alongside local and special elections that vary by precinct. Election officials are reminding residents that applications must be postmarked or delivered by the deadline to be valid for this election.
Early voting runs from October 20 through 31, while the deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is October 24. Election Day itself falls on Tuesday, November 4. Registration forms and voter status checks are available through the Floyd County Elections Office.
