LOCKNEY, TX – The community is gearing up to show its Longhorn pride as the football team prepares to hit the road for their playoff matchup against Gruver.
On Thursday at 2:30 p.m., the Longhorns will depart for River Road, and the team bus will pass by the school before heading out. Students, staff, and community members are encouraged to step outside, cheer, and give the players a spirited send-off.
Organizers are inviting everyone to bring signs, noise makers, and plenty of Longhorn energy to celebrate the team’s hard work and wish them luck in the playoffs.
