Floyd County Sheriff’s Office Receives Sponsorship Through 2025 Chevy First Responder Program

PLAINVIEW, TX – The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has been selected to participate in the nationwide 2025 Chevy First Responder Program, a recognition that highlights local agencies making an impact in their communities.

Thanks to the sponsorship and nomination from Bill Wells Chevrolet, the Sheriff’s Office received a $500 sponsorship check through the program. The initiative supports first responders across the country by providing financial assistance and resources to aid in their work.

Sheriff’s Office representatives said they are grateful to be chosen and emphasized how meaningful community partnerships are in helping them serve Floyd County.

“We are thankful to be a recipient of this wonderful program and appreciate the support of our community,” the department shared.

Bill Wells Chevrolet, a longtime supporter of local first responders, said they were proud to help spotlight the Sheriff’s Office for its continued service to Floyd County residents.

The sponsorship will assist the department as it continues its mission of protecting and serving the community.
