NEW DEAL, TX – The Lockney Longhorns baseball team was in action on Tuesday as they travelled to battle the New Deal Lions.
The Lions struck first in the bottom of the first inning, going up 4-0.
Both teams tacked on one run in the second, New Deal led 5-1.
Lockney tried to rally late in the game, but would fall 13-3 to the Lions.
The Longhorns fall to 1-5 overall and will look to their next game against Petersburg on Saturday.
