LOCKNEY – With boys and girls basketball wrapped up across the state, the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) has released their Academic All-State lists for athletes who not only excel on the court, but in the classroom as well.
The THSCA have named three Lockney Longhorns to the list based upon GPA, class rank and ACT/SAT score.
Gabriella Cervantes and Miranda Sarinana were named to the Girls’ first team, while Austin Rodriguez was given Honorable Mention on the boys’ side.
