Shelby and Amy Barley of Celina, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Kallie Kate Barley, of Lubbock, Texas, to Mr. Colton Lake Covington of Floydada, Texas. The couple will wed on March 18, 2023, in Lubbock.
Kallie fundraises for the College of Education and Burkhart Center for Autism Education and Research at Texas Tech University. Colton farms and ranches in the Floydada area.
Kallie is the granddaughter of the late Cliff and Nelda Hazlewood of Stanton and the late Glen and Margaret Barley of Post.
Colton is the son of Marty and Sherese Covington of Floydada. He is the grandson of Jerry and Sheree Cannon of Floydada, Kent Covington of Floydada, and the late Barbara Covington of Floydada.
