AMARILLO, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds will battle in the Bi-District round of the playoffs against the Sanford-Fritch Eagles in a best of three series starting on Wednesday at Hodgetown Stadium in Amarillo.
The Whirlwinds finished first in their district and enter the playoffs 16-6 overall and 8-1 in district.
The Eagles (13-8, 3-5) fell to Sunray in their final district game 9-2.
Game one will be at 4:00 p.m. with game two to follow thirty minutes after.
Game three if necessary will be in Floydada on Thursday.
Hodgetown has a cashless entry for Wednesday’s games and will be $6 per adult and $4 for students.
