PLAINVIEW, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds will look to continue their momentum as they battle the New Home Leopards in the Area Round of the playoffs on Thursday.
The Whirlwinds defeated Sanford-Fritch in the Bi-District Round last week, sweeping the series 2-0.
The Leopards swept Abernathy in their first round series 2-0.
Game one will take place on Thursday with first pitch at 5:00 p.m., game two will follow thirty minutes after.
Game three, if needed, will take place on Saturday at 12:00 p.m.
All games will take place at Wayland Baptist University.
