LOCKNEY – The postseason accolades for Lockney’s Austin Rodriguez continued this weekend as the Senior was named to both the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal and Amarillo Globe-News ‘Super Team’ honor roll.

The 5’10” Rodriguez established a reputation for late-game heroics for the Longhorns, and his play during his senior season earned him a spot on the Honorable Mention list for both newspapers. Rodriguez was also named to the Texas High School Coaches Association Academic All-State Honorable Mention list last month.
