
LOCKNEY, TX – Lockney ISD is recognizing and celebrating the dedicated service of two long-time school board members, Chad Cook and Tyler Kidd, as they officially retire after nine years of commitment to the district.
For nearly a decade, Cook and Kidd have played an important role in guiding the direction of Lockney ISD through their leadership, steady decision-making, and willingness to serve the students, staff, and families of the community. Their time on the board has been marked by consistent support for educational excellence and a deep investment in the future of Lockney schools.
During their final board meeting, Superintendent Steve Reynolds honored both men for their years of service by presenting each of them with a watch as a symbol of appreciation and gratitude from the district. The presentation served as a meaningful reminder of the time, dedication, and countless hours they have given in support of Lockney ISD.
