FLOYDADA — A popular Lubbock barbecue truck will be making a stop in Floydada Wednesday for lunch.
Marley Meats will be parked outside of Ace Hardware on the Ralls Highway from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. serving brisket, sausage, pulled pork, ribs, bacon brisket, sandwiches, tacos and more. The truck accepts cash, card and Apple Pay.
Marley Meats was founded in 2020 by Natalie and Dallas Marley, a Plainview native and son of the late barbecue enthusiast Mark Marley. Since then, the business has gone big, gathering a cult following in Lubbock and across the South Plains.
