ROOSEVELT, TX- The Lockney Lady Horns (9-4) traveled to face the Roosevelt Lady Eagles on Tuesday night.
The Lady Horns had complete control of this game and dominated the Lady Eagles on both sides of the ball.
Roosevelt was only able to put up 9 points in the first half, and the score at the half was 21-9 in favor of Lockney.
The stiff defense by the Lady Horns continued their dominance in the second half, not allowing the Lady Eagles the chance to get back into the game.
The final score from Roosevelt was 44–21 in favor of Lockney.
Lockney was led once again by senior Adriana Villarreal, who had 11 points and 7 steals.
Senior Mariah Ascensio also contributed 12 points and 4 rebounds in the Lady Horns’ victory.
